OUR STORY
Mi Bolsa London (Spanish name, meaning “my bag”) is a contemporary luxury leather handbags brand established in London in 2020.
Our design is inspired by the vibrant Spanish style and mixed with the ever classic and elegant London infusion, blended with extraordinary craftsmanship and premium material, Mi Bolsa aims to provide something easy-going yet exquisite with luxury quality and accessible price.
Each Mi Bolsa collection was designed by taking inspiration from rich culture of Spain and UK, the art, the architecture and the nature. We also ensure our selected ateliers meet our set of standards of quality control, sustainability and ethical practices.

How we Begin
From Mikayla – Founder of Mi Bolsa London
“Deeply influenced by my father—a renowned artist, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and a man brimming with creativity and passion—I have always been inspired to approach life in an untraditional manner. After spending several years in the finance industry in London and resort development in South Korea, I realized that my true calling lay elsewhere. This epiphany led me to pivot towards fashion industry, that ultimately culminated in the founding of Mi Bolsa London in 2020 alongside my brother Alex.
At Mi Bolsa, we are on a mission to redefine what “luxury” means. We believe that true luxury is not dictated by price tags or logos; rather, it is rooted in core values such as exceptional materials, exquisite craftsmanship, and creativity. Our aim is to create pieces that resonate deeply with those who wear them—pieces that evoke emotion and individuality.
Our life philosophy— “Be real, be creative and be unique”—serves as the foundation of our brand’s core values. We strive to share this ethos with everyone who resonates with our vision. The People
About the Founders
Mikayla, a mathematician from University of Oxford. She joined Morgan Stanley London as a financial analyst upon graduation, where she developed comprehensive business skill. She then departed to South Korea and led a team to develop a luxury resort, this role not only challenged her leadership abilities but also cultivated her sense of fashion and appreciation for the finer things in life.
Mikayla has 3 children and has passion in philanthropism, arts, and well-being.
Alex, a graduate from University of Arts London, as a typical Gen-Z artist, Alex encapsulates the passion and creativity
that define this dynamic cohort. With an unwavering enthusiasm for art and culture, Alex delves deep into various artistic expressions while simultaneously embracing an active lifestyle through sports

Our Missions
Artistic & Practical Design
We draw inspiration from rich culture of Spain and the UK, the art, the architecture, and the nature. Our bags are made for practical use to fit any occasion.
Premium Material From its Origins
Our bags are made of premium Italian leather directly sourced from its origins, we have a team of leather experts who select the best leather for different designs, such as smooth shiny Nappa leather for London collection, and pebble Togo leather for Cotswolds collection.
Luxury Craftsmanship from Europe
We work with luxury ateliers from Europe and Asia whose artisans have over 10 years of luxury bag-making experience. Each bag is handmade with passion, patience, and dedication.
Sustainability
We only select leather from those suppliers who meet sustainability standards. We also made some changes which sounds “silly”—we won’t include any “dust bag” as those bags are barely used. Instead, we include an eco-friendly “Canvas Bag” which is 100% cotton and has practical use. Every tiny step counts!”
